Fanlun's Wi-Fi single-live-wire smart switch solution is based on its low-power Wi-Fi SoC chip series and effectively solves multiple challenges of smart switches in single-live-wire scenarios through hardware-software co-optimization. The solution adopts dynamic power management technology, which can intelligently adjust CPU frequency and RF power according to application requirements. While maintaining a stable Wi-Fi connection, it controls the operating current at 600–800 µA, thoroughly resolving the LED lamp flickering issue. This chip series features excellent RF performance (RX sensitivity -98.4 dBm, TX power 21 dBm), ensuring stable connectivity in complex home environments and maintaining an effective communication distance of 20 meters even through three walls. In terms of security, the solution integrates RSA-3072-based secure boot and AES-128-XTS Flash encryption to prevent unauthorized firmware execution and data leakage. The solution supports the Matter standard for cross-ecosystem device interoperability; it is compatible with a supporting cloud platform and mainstream public clouds, providing remote control, OTA upgrades, and device sharing. The hardware design adopts a modular architecture and is compatible with standard 86-type switch panels, making installation simple enough for ordinary users to complete the replacement in 10 minutes. The entire solution provides full-stack support from chips and modules to complete reference designs, greatly reducing customer development barriers and costs.
